Week One
Actually your not pregnant yet. Your clock starts from the first day of your last peroid – hence 40 weeks but you only carry your baby for 38 weeks.
What you need to start doing your first week is stop all unhealthy habits. Like smoking and/or drinking. Aslo start taking a daily prenatal vitamin. Look for one that has 400 mg of folic acid. This B vitamin has been shown to help prevent spina bifida.
